After an account has been set up, a Tax Invoice will be e-mailed weekly in PDF and/or excel format.

Q: What are VTFE Transit Times?
VTFE is a next day service ex Melbourne into Melbourne Metropolitan, Country Victoria, Southern NSW, Canberra & South Australia.
Our transit times to Tasmania are 2/3 business days.
With transit times to the Northern Territory of 6 business days.
While our transit times to Western Australia are 3 business days.
Q: What happens in the event of loss or damages of goods whilst in transit?
The sender is responsible to provide their own transit insurance for any losses or damages. We would recommend that you arrange transit insurance prior to sending your freight
Q: Can we deliver to PO boxes?
No, we only deliver to a street address.
Q: What is cubic weight?
The cubic weight is the parcel’s volume (Length x Width x Height) multiplied by 250.
Q: What are the chargeable kilograms on your invoice?
Chargeable kilograms is the greater of either the actual kilograms (dead weight) or the cubic kilograms.
For example: The parcel measures 70cm length x 40 cm width x 40 cm height, and its actual weight is 10 kilograms. Cubic weight is 0.7 x 0.4 x 0.4 x 250= 28 kgs
The cubic weight in this example is the chargeable weight as it is greater than the dead weight
